Before you submit

Complete the form and attach the project package.

  2. 2Attach plans and visuals. Include the survey or plat, dimensions, photos, materials, colors, and contractor plans required by your association.

HOA approval does not replace township permits, zoning compliance, or other governmental approvals. The homeowner remains responsible for obtaining all required permits and completing the work according to the Association's written decision.
